The main point of innovation is electronic exchange of data between offering the trip tour agency and consulate. This system appreciably simplifies processing of documentary information and visa can be got for 4 days when it is usually received for 10 days.

Let us remind that the Consulate of Bulgaria has been functioning in Ekaterinburg since 2003. Plamen Petkov took up his post as consul 2.5 months ago and already got into gear.
